Go West - Brighton Sights and Sounds

Another of our superb, family friendly voyages.  Our Brighton Sights and Sounds adventure is primarily aimed at those who have already experienced our boat trip to the Seven Sisters and Birling Gap but can’t resist another trip out to sea with us.

The voyage takes place several times each day throughout Spring, Summer and Autumn.  It’s suitable for all ages and lasts approximately one and a half hours.

Known by many simply as London-by-the-Sea, Brighton has been popular with people from the capital since the railway connected the two cities in the 1840’s.

We’ll see the bustling waterfront from a truly unique perspective on our one hour voyage.  The West Pier is a sight to behold adjacent to the modern day British Airways i360 Viewing Tower.  There’ll be a great opportunity for photographs here and also alongside the world famous Palace Pier.

One of our most popular boat rides is our westerly cruise along the coast to Brighton.  We head past the Blind Veterans Centre at Ovingdean and stunning Roedean School before stopping off at the famous Palace and West Piers.

Our furthest point to the west will be the British Airways i360 Viewing Tower. A relatively recent addition to the Brighton Waterfront. Standing at 450ft tall, the futuristic glass viewing pod was conceived and designed by Marks Barfield Architects, creators of the London Eye.

From here, we’ll head a little further south out to sea so we can see the coastline in all of its splendour, stopping to take plenty of photos en route.  We’ll head back to Newhaven from there and be back alongside before you know it.
