Eastbourne Pier.

Seaford Bay to Eastbourne Pier. Quintessentially British.

Our Seaford Bay to Eastbourne Pier Voyage is a very popular extension to our shorter Seven Sisters and Birling Gap experience. Join us on an exciting ride to the famous seaside town of Eastbourne.

The voyage takes place several times a week throughout Spring, Summer and Autumn. It’s suitable for all ages and lasts approximately two hours.

Seeing the famous promenade, pier and band stand from the sea on one of exhilarating Eastbourne boat trips is a real treat for the whole family.

The Seven Sisters rival even the White Cliffs of Dover for ivory clarity and are so called due to the seven distinct hilltops that comprise their silhouette. The bright white colour of the stone is thanks to the abundance of chalk that makes up the majority of the cliff face.

As with the shorter one hour boat trip, this voyage also takes us across Seaford Bay, passing Seaford Head before reaching the Coastguard Cottages at Cuckmere Haven.

We’ll then journey on along the Heritage Coastline passed Birling Gap and the Belle Tout Lighthouse. Once we pass the famous Beachy Head Lighthouse we’ll continue around the headland and east towards Eastbourne Pier.

We’ll then head a little further out to sea on the return so we can see the Seven Sisters in all of their splendour, stopping to take plenty of photos en route. We’ve a straight line back to Newhaven from there and we’ll be back alongside before you know it.
